Move over charcuterie board, we have a new kid in town! How about an epic french fry board?
If I could eat one thing every single day, it would have to be potatoes. God knew exactly what he was doing when he created the potato. I mean that vegetable is seriously the best one out there. Baked potato, mashed potato, scalloped potato, hashbrowns, tater tots, potato salad, potato au gratin, gnocchi, you get the idea! The number of ways to eat potatoes is endless. That’s why I put all my favorite together in an epic french fry board.
Technically, onion rings aren’t potatoes but they are perfect with french fries. If you need an idea for Labor Day, this is it. Add a variety of your favorite sauces and you have an epic french fry board. Are you drooling yet?
The condiments on this board are just as important. I made some Sriracha Mayo which also tastes amazing in a burger. Here’s how I made mine.
Sriracha Mayo
- 1 cup mayo
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Sriracha (modify to your level of spicyness)
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped or grated or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt
You also want to add my homemade honey mustard which only has 3 ingredients. I never buy honey mustard because the homemade version is so delicious, easy, and healthier than the store-bought bottle.
I will always be a ketchup and mustard kinda girl so I make sure to include the basics along with some barbeque sauce.
Make this over the long weekend even if it’s just for your family. We went crazy with the different sauces and enjoyed eating them with our homemade burgers.
I hope you all have a most wonderful weekend. I know many of us will still not be able to spend the weekend how we did in the past but I hope you make the best of it. French fries always make everything better so put this together and your family will be thrilled!

Looks delicious! How do you cook them all in order to have them all hot at the same time?? 🙂

Hi Noelle! I keep them in large baking pans in the oven until we eat them!
