Is there anyone who doesn’t like popsicles on a hot, summer day? It’s the quintessential summer treat! I love making mine at home because the only ingredients are fruit and milk. If you love making smoothies like this one, just make some extra and then use the rest to fill popsicle molds to enjoy the following day.
A while back, I bought this Zoku popsicle mold from Marshalls for $9.99. It holds 6 molds so it’s perfect right now for my 3 kids and 3 nephews in our household.
Just grab whatever frozen fruits you like. I like to use frozen bananas, cherries, strawberries, and blueberries. Peaches are in season right now so they also make wonderful smoothie popsicles. Just add the fruit and milk in the blender and pour into the molds. EASY! Enjoy the rest as a smoothie.
Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight and they’re ready to eat! I’ve also made them using paper dixie cups and inserting wooden popsicle sticks in the center.
This happens every time I take food pics for the blog! Well, I can’t really blame them. Try these smoothie popsicles this weekend!

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
