Hey friends! I’m just popping my head in today for a quick post as this weekend is going to be a very busy one. We’ve been preparing for the “Be Brave” women’s conference since February and it’s finally happening today! I am in awe of how God turns a vision into reality. He pursues us endlessly and desires so much for us to live in freedom by turning to Him. If you’re the praying type, I would love some prayers for this weekend.
My prayer for this blog has always been that this would be a place where you would leave feeling inspired and encouraged. I love sharing DIY projects, recipes, and even my life with you all but the most important part would be that it would be a place where God is glorified. Decorating and creating beautiful things is not the end goal but I pray God uses my gifts in these areas to draw others to Him.
I love this quote by The Inspired Room. I totally agree with this as He is the one who created beauty himself. I always like to say that God is the ultimate designer and decorator because just look around! His design is everywhere! See that runrise? That’s him. The fall leaves changing colors? That’s him. Your baby’s delicate features? Him again. What an amazing designer and creator. Take a minute today and notice the small things, the big things, and see how intricately He designs and creates. It really is astounding!
