Here’s how to revive your grass and see an improvement in less than 3 weeks!
Now that it’s Spring, this is the perfect time to step up your lawn game. Get that Vitamin D, fresh air and create memories while spending quality time with your family outdoors. With our newly built screened-in porch, it was time to address the dead grass situation in our backyard. That’s where Pennington Lawn Booster came in to save the day or in this case, our dried-out yellow lawn.
This post is sponsored by Pennington but all thoughts, opinions and cute kids and hubby are my own.
Here’s the before!
I think this sad picture pretty much sums it up. The grass in our backyard was sparse with lots of bald spots. Depending on where you live, you will use the lawn booster that works with your region. In our case, we live in [Georgia/the southeast/etc] so the Tall Fescue Lawn Booster worked for our lawn.
Pennington Lawn Booster is an all-in-one formulation including grass seed, fertilizer and soil enhancer. Your grass is guaranteed to grow and you will notice an improvement in grass thickness. It uses Pennington’s Smart Seed, which is drought tolerant and will save you 30% more water year after year compared to ordinary grass seed.
All you need to do is use a seed spreader to disperse the product so that it’s spread evenly. Make sure to water your lawn every day so that the soil stays moist for the grass to sprout.

Ahhh so much better right? It’ll keep getting better and better in the weeks to come. I’m so excited to finally see an improvement in our lawn.
Even the kids were excited to see the difference!
If your lawn needs some TLC, this is the perfect time to address it.
As always, thanks for reading, and thanks to Pennington for getting our backyard ready for the warm summer months ahead!
