Did you guys have a good Labor Day weekend? We ended the weekend spending it at our neighborhood pool party saying good-bye to summer. It was all fun and games until someone puked in the pool. #thankGodforchlorine They made us wait 30 minutes before reopening the pool so we did what Mins do best. #eatalltheicecream
I wanted to share a quick tip for all you boot lovers out there. Raise your hands if you have this boot problem.
Look at those sad boots falling all over the place. I saw this tip last year (can’t remember source) online to keep your boot standing up.
Go get yourself a pool noodle or two or three depending on how many boots you own. I know some of you probably own like a gazillion boots. No judgment here!
JJ is modeling my pool noodle because he’s cute like that. He’s wearing Korean pajamas given to him from my friend, Kelly. Korean pajamas are amazing. They are made of the softest cotton and JJ loves them dearly. These used to be pants but they had a hole and so I cut them into shorts. He loves them that much. Okay, I digress and no one is paying me to say all that but seriously, awesome pajamas.
Grab your pool noodle and a steak knife. The pic looks a little freaky now that I look at it. Just cut to your desired length. They should still sell these at the dollar store or at Target on clearance since Summer is almost over.
Stick the cut noodles into each boot and VOILA! They keep their shape and are looking so much more distinguished up there like that. No more slob-like behavior from these boots of mine!
So much better! You’re welcome boot lovers!

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Matthew 6:26-27
