Here’s hoping you had a very Merry Christmas and the start to a Happy 2023!
Hi friends! I realize it’s been over two months since writing a blog post. As much as I love blogging, it has definitely taken a back seat this last year. With the kids growing into their teens and my oldest starting to learn to drive, life is fuller than ever. I’ve shifted my priorities over the last year to align with our family’s needs, which meant less blogging. With all that said, I’ve still maintained so many incredible brand partnerships over the last year and am always grateful for all the opportunities that come my way.
We took some quick family photos at home and for some reason, I thought the photo-taking got easier. These monkeys are goofier than ever.
I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. My poor dad herniated his disc and then my parents were without water for a couple of days because their pipes froze during the crazy winter freeze that hit GA and many other parts of the country. Then, my SIL who lives next door experienced water damage from her pipes bursting. It was an eventful few days but we are just glad everyone is ok.
As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, this time of year tends to be a mix of stress, joy, busyness, and craziness right?
Despite all that, I hope you were able to find some respite for yourself and find some peace.
We have been filling our time with lots of family time, shopping, hosting get-togethers, cookie baking, hiking, going to see a symphony, and way too much eating.
I will be back in the new year with some fun content and projects. Please lmk what more you would like to see here at LYA.
Thanks for always being here, friends and have a very Happy New Year!
xoxo,
Let all that you do be done in Love. 1 Corinthians 16:14
