A last minute look at at our Christmas home tour
This may be last minute but I wanted to share and document our Christmas home tour on the blog so I could save it in the archives. I’ve shared a good bit of it over on my Instagram but wanted to write it all in one post if you missed it on that social media platform. If you have a minute, grab a cup of your favorite drink and enjoy the tour!
I shared my entrance in this post.
Our simple foyer with touches of green.
The tall pencil tree in the family room works well since it’s too tight for a standard sized tree.
I went with traditional touches of red and green. I created a red garland around the pencil tree with red and burgundy beaded ornaments.
I sewed the plaid pillows and stockings years ago.
We love our little colorful nativity scene. A few heads have fallen off because little hands love to play with them but it’s nothing that some gorilla glue can’t fix!
A simple wreath and greenery add just a touch of Christmas in our kitchen.
We always have some of our 3 ingredient pumpkin bread out on the island.
I love how the Advent calendar pops against the black wall.
Emmy and I decorated this pink and white floral themed Christmas tree back in November. It looks so beautiful all lit in the evenings and can be seen outside the bay windows.
She’s such a great helper!
I’m usually one to take down the Christmas decorations right after Christmas but I’m thinking of keeping it up after the new year.
I hope you enjoyed the tour and wish you a very Merry Christmas!
xoxo,
