Today, I’m linking up with Momfessionals and sharing my Friday Favorites!
Did you guys have a good week? I can’t believe Halloween is tomorrow! Jimmy worked so hard on his costume last night since we’re dressing up this year. I laughed so hard cause it’s so good you guys! I was quite surprised with his crafting abilities! If you follow me on IG, I’ll be sure to post his amazing costume tomorrow. I need to work on mine tonight! We have our annual fall pictures with Craig Obrist so I’ve been busy getting ready for that tonight. If you’re in Atlanta and need family, wedding, or engagement photography, he is your man!
Last weekend, we took our kids and nephews to Stone Mountain. We had a 3 day weekend so we took advantage of the warm weather. These two are cousins but fight like siblings! It is a constant love/hate relationship.
We took the grandparents too!
My oldest is so grown up! Thanks mom for the photobomb!
We took the kids up on the cable car to the top of the mountain but Jimmy and I definitely had more fun than them.
The view was breathtaking. Doesn’t it look like I’m standing off the edge?
This is where Jimmy proposed to me 13 years ago!
The next day, we headed to the country for some apple picking with our friends.
If you’re in Atlanta, it’s worth the visit up to B.J. Reese Orchards. We took advantage of a great groupon deal.
JJ waiting patiently
This girl cried after getting off this ride twice because she didn’t want it to end.
Cute girls

The apples were so delicious! I’m convinced I need to plant an apple tree behind my house.
There’s a wagon ride, petting zoo, zip lining, apple picking, and other activities. By the time, we were leaving in the afternoon, it was packed and there was little parking. I recommend getting there when it opens. They are known for their apple cider doughnuts and different flavored pies. Emmy chose to have a doughnut. #smartgirl Jules and JJ got to try candied apples for the first time.
Emmy got the doughnut but I think it’s because she knew her siblings would share their treats. I’m telling you, she’s a smart lil thang!
Doughnut in one hand and staring at JJ’s candied apple. #gimmedat
Give me a lick of that apple, JJ!
This week, I shared some simple tips to creating a fresh and cozy table setting for the holidays.
Baby with a mullet! We know Halloween is near when the mullet makes it’s annual appearance.
Hope you all have a safe and fun Halloween!
I know these monkeys will!
