For the next 2o days, I’m embarking on the Feel Whole Challenge and I hope you’ll join me!
For the next day 20 days, I’m partnering with AdventHealth on their Feel Whole Challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to inspire and encourage you take simple steps the next 20 days to focus on your body, spirit and mind. I’m a firm believer that all three are connected to each other and to stay healthy, we can’t neglect one.

If you have been following me here for a while, you know that I’m passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. Our whole family stays very active with sports, exercise and trying to eat a balanced diet.
Jimmy even lost 30 lbs last year after committing to lose weight before his 40th birthday. He is still maintaining his weight loss and working hard to stay consistent with healthy habits.
If you want to join me in this challenge, I encourage you to take a look at the calendar and create a plan of action for the next 20 days. I sat down and wrote some of my ideas for the rest of the month. I’m so excited to share them with you and hope that my simple tips and ideas will inspire you to do something similar. If you’re struggling with feeling whole, then this challenge might be exactly what you need to start taking care of yourself.
Feeling whole doesn’t have to be complicated but it does take intentionality. Maybe you can commit to doing it with a friend or your spouse. I’m excited to try a new recipe this month, focus on self care and do something kind for a friend. I love how one of the ideas is to pray for someone everyday for this challenge. How encouraging would it be if we did this and told that person that we were committed to praying for them everyday? Feeling whole isn’t just about us. It’s also about thinking of others and finding ways to serve and bless them.
