Dear Jules, 

Eight years ago, you made me a mom. Words could never express all that I felt seeing your little face for the first time after 26 hours of labor! Joy, delight, relief, love, are just a few. You were truly an answer to our prayers. How did 8 years go by already? I’m not sure how this happened! #uglycry

You are kind, sassy, mature, empathetic, helpful, smart and strong. You love life, people, crafts, legos, books, family and the Lord with all your heart. You are the best daughter I could ever want and your siblings are so blessed to have you as their big sister. Thank you for showing me a deeper understanding of God’s love and for always forgiving me when I make mistakes as your mom because it happens quite a bit. You are grace in living form and a priceless, precious gift to your dad and me. 

We love you with all our hearts and pray this over your life this year. 

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. – Galatians 5:22-23
