This 5 ingredient flourless peanut butter cookies are gonna knock your socks off!
Happy Easter, friends!! I know this Easter is very different than any we’ve ever experienced. We had service online and our kids even wanted to dress up. I took that as a chance to get dressed up and take a quick family photo before it started raining. I quickly changed back into warmer clothes and starting baking up these delicious 5 ingredient flourless peanut butter cookies.
Last week, I shared this easy cookie recipe on my instastories. So many people started baking and tagging me in their photos and videos and were enjoying them. There’s nothing I love more than when I share something I enjoy and see you all making them too. Since the instastories only last 24 hours, I kept getting asked for the recipe so I figured I would just post it here for everyone.
You can easily make this paleo friendly by using coconut sugar. I’ve tried using both coconut and brown sugar and they are both delicious.
One of Jimmy’s favorite food is peanut butter and he gives these cookies 5 stars!
This is the face of a very happy happy man.
You only need 5 ingredients!! There’s absolutely no flour. I shared a paleo peanut butter cookie recipe just last week. That one is made with almond flour and has a shortbread type of consistency. I will say that this recipe tastes more like traditional cookies and bakes softer.
5 Ingredient Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar to make it paleo friendly
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Throw everything into a bowl and mix with a spatula. Place them into balls on a cookie sheet and flatten the tops a bit. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. I usually make about 13-14 cookies with this recipe.
Your home will smell delicious!!
These make the perfect quarantine cookies.
I bet you have all the ingredients already. An instagram friend tried making them with cookie butter but it didn’t work out that great although it probably still tasted great. I believe almond butter should be fine as well. Next time, I’ll make them chunky with peanuts!
I hope you enjoy them, friends!
