PRIMARY BEDROOM REFRESH WEEK 4
Guy! There’s only one more week left before the final reveal of our primary bedroom. I always start the project with a bullet list and naturally it always ends up with more items added onto that list. However, I’m soooo happy with how the room has evolved. Jimmy and I are totally digging the new changes. Here is a recap of our primary bedroom refresh week 4. You can also catch up with last week’s post if you missed it. You may remember that I mentioned that there was a mishap with our bed. The frame ended up being for a king-size but we actually own a CA king. It’s a small detail that actually is a big deal bc there’s no way of working with that unless you’re some sort of magician. I shopped for other alternatives online but couldn’t find anything that I absolutely loved. Plus, the shipping delays really created a dilemma especially given that I only had two more weeks to complete the room makeover.
Thankfully, my mom recently stated how she wanted to replace her king-sized bed with a queen bed. Years ago, I gifted her a beautiful room makeover for her 60th birthday. We did place this gorgeous rug from the Amber Interiors collection from LoiLoi and it’s so stunning.
I actually really love her headboard bc lol I bought that. It totally fit our aesthetic and I knew it would look awesome. For the time being, we will keep and use it until I find something that has a complete bed frame as I would like something with a low-profile footboard.
Jimmy helped me install some stunning details like the gold square mirror and candelabra sconces from Signature Hardware. They were kind enough to partner with us for this room makeover blog series. It’s my first time collaborating with them and they have a plethora of gorgeous products from hardware, bathroom accessories to lighting.
The last week will be adding the last few touches like drapery rods and new drapes. I’ll hang up some art and shelving if they arrive on time. I’m so excited to share the final reveal bc it’s looking oh so good!
